At abc carpet & home, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of eligible items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please note that rugs and furniture may require a scheduled white-glove pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
